Cut

1. Before cutting, adjust the inclination of the cutting machine to match the required slitting ruler.

2. Determine the position of the steel plate to ensure the maximum size of the remaining material so that the remaining material can be used.

3. The length dimension is guaranteed by Kaiping, the width of the bottom is required to be ≤±2mm, and the high pole blanking dimension tolerance is a positive tolerance for each section of the pole, generally: 0-2m.

4. In terms of equipment, when cutting materials, check the operation of the rolling shear equipment, remove debris on the track, and keep the equipment in good operating condition.

Bend

Bending is the most critical process in the production of light poles. It cannot be repaired after bending, so the quality of bending directly affects the quality of light poles.

1. Before bending, first remove the cutting slag of the sheet metal to ensure that there is no cutting slag to damage the mold during bending.

2. Check the length, width and straightness of the sheet, and the non-straightness is ≤1/1000, especially the polygonal rod must ensure the non-straightness.

3. Increase the bending depth of the bending machine to determine the position of the sheet.

4. Correctly mark the line on the sheet, with an error of ≤±1mm. Correctly align and bend correctly to minimize pipe seams.

Weld

When welding, perform straight seam welding on the bent pipe seam. Because the welding is automatic ambush welding, the main reason is that the welder should have more responsibility. During welding, attention should be paid to adjusting the welding position to ensure the straightness of the weld.

Repair and polish

Repair grinding is to repair the defects of the tube blank after automatic welding. Repair personnel should check root by root and find defective places to reshape

The shaping process includes the straightening of the light pole, the full circle and the diagonal size of the polygon at both ends of the blank pole, and the general tolerance is ±2mm. Billet straightness error ≤ ± 1.5/1000.

All together

The head-aligning process is to flatten both ends of the bent tube to ensure that the nozzle is perpendicular to the center line without uneven angles and heights. At the same time, after flattening, the end surface is polished.

Bottom plate

The key to spot welding the bottom flange and rib is to ensure that the bottom flange is perpendicular to the center line of the lamp, the rib is perpendicular to the bottom flange, and is parallel to the straight busbar of the lamp.

Weld bottom flange

The welding requirements refer to the welding process of the national standard to ensure the welding quality. The welding must be beautiful, without pores and slag inclusions.

Weld door strip

When welding the door strips, the 20mm wide door strips should be stretched out to 8-10 positions and put down. Especially when spot welding, the door strips should be close to the light poles, and the welding should be firm. Welding electrical strips and lock seats are mainly determined according to the drawings. The lock seats are welded in the middle of the door with an error of ≤±2mm. Keep the top level and cannot exceed the light pole.

Curved fork

The process of bending the fork has the same nature as opening the door, so it should be bold and careful. Firstly, pay attention to the direction of the door, secondly, the starting point of the bend, and thirdly, the angle of the light fork.

Galvanized

The quality of galvanizing directly affects the quality of light poles. Galvanizing requires galvanizing according to national standards. After galvanizing, the surface is smooth and has no color difference.

Plastic spray

The purpose of plastic spraying is for aesthetics and anti-corrosion.

1. Grinding: Grind the surface of the galvanized pole with a polishing wheel to ensure that the surface of the pole is smooth and flat.

2. Straightening: Straighten the polished light pole and shape the shape of the mouth. The straightness of the light pole must reach 1/1000.

Door panel

1. After galvanizing all the door panels, the treatment includes zinc hanging, zinc leakage and zinc deposit in the keyhole.

2. When drilling screw holes, the electric drill must be perpendicular to the door panel, the gap around the door panel is equal, and the door panel is flat.

3. After the screws are fixed, the door panel cannot be loose, and the fixing must be firm to prevent it from falling off during transportation.

4. Plastic powder spraying: Put the light pole with the door installed into the spray room, spray the plastic powder color according to the requirements of the production plan, and then enter the drying room to ensure the quality requirements such as the adhesion and smoothness of the plastic powder.

Factory inspection

The quality inspector of the factory will carry out the factory inspection. The factory inspector must inspect the items of the light pole inspection item by item. The inspector must record and file at the same time.
